Support

Email support@quickloopspro.com. Typical response is 1–3 working days (NZ time, Mon–Fri). Most issues are fixed by the four checks below.

The four things that fix most tickets.

If you recognise the symptom, the fix is usually here. The setup page goes deeper on each one.

No audio, or only one deck on iOS

Connect a class-compliant USB audio interface. Deck 2 on iOS is intentionally blocked without a USB route — that is the product being honest, not a bug.

More detail on the setup page.

Pops, clicks, or dropouts

Raise the buffer size in Settings and quit other audio apps. If it only happens on one mixer, note the model before you email.

MIDI controller not responding

Confirm the device shows up in MIDI settings, then re-run MIDI Learn. Serato and QuickLoops Pro can both grab the same pad notes — only run one at a time on a shared surface.

More detail on the setup page.

Profile recall warning on launch

Reconnect the device the profile expects, or save a fresh profile against the hardware you have plugged in now.

Vague tickets get vague replies. The list on the right is what unlocks an accurate answer.

Include in your email

  1. Device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.5 — or MacBook Pro M2, macOS 14.4).
  2. Mixer or audio interface, exact model (e.g. Pioneer DJM-S11).
  3. Whether USB audio is connected, and which deck is routed where.
  4. MIDI controller, if any, and whether the issue happens with MIDI disabled.
  5. What you did, what you expected, what actually happened — in that order.
